What is Entree Express?
Entree Express is a restaurant delivery service that delivers meals from your favorite restaurants to your home, office, or hotel room.
How much does delivery cost?
There is a $9 delivery charge per restaurant. The minimum food order is $10 before sales tax. A gratuity for your driver is appreciated, please consider their efforts.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our website, via our Chico Entree Express app, or directly with participating restaurants by phone.
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Unfortunately, our new time quoting system does not allow for orders from multiple restaurants at the same time. If you would like to order from multiple restaurants the orders will have to be placed seperately. The order minimum and delivery fee will apply per restaurant. Your order may or may not be delivered by different drivers. We recommened either splitting the gratuity or treating each order as though it was handled by different drivers.
How do I purchase a Chico Entree Express Gift Card?
Please call our office at (530) 342-9791 and our staff will be happy to assist you. Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount, never expire, and are good on all Chico Entree Express orders. You will be given the option of picking up the gift card, receiving the gift card as an email, or we will deliver the card to you or the recipient. There is no charge for delivery on card(s) over $75. We are happy to send email recipients whatever message you like in the email, and for physical delivery we will fill out a note card (like sending flowers).
What are the methods of payment?
Cash, credit cards, and Entree Express gift cards are accepted. Please be prepared to show the credit card upon delivery.
How do I use my Chico Entree Express gift card?
Do you share or profit off of my purchase patterns or personal information?
We do not sell or share your personal information or purchase history with anyone outside of Entree Express. Information will be provided to law enforcement at management discretion.
I have a problem with my order, what should I do?
If there are any problems with your order, please call us at (530) 342-9791 or the restaurant within 15 minutes of the order being delivered. Once we verify with the problem with the restaurant, we will immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
